A: Yes, you can book a reservation and pay a deposit through our online booking form using a credit card.


Q: How can I make a payment for my reservation?

A: You only need to make a deposit of 99 US dollars when you book through our online payment portal, OnePAY.


Q: Is a deposit required and how much is it?

A: A deposit of 99 US dollars is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before departure.


Q: When will I receive a booking confirmation?

A: Once we receive your booking and deposit, our staff will immediately issue a formal booking confirmation and send it to you via email. In peak season, it may take up to 24 hours or 48 hours if it's a weekend, but your booking will be confirmed 100% by Legend Travel Group.


Q: Is OnePAY secure?

A: OnePAY is a secure payment portal similar to PayPal and is approved by MasterCard Corp for Legend Travel Group. It uses SSL Verisign® and is under the 3D-Secure program by international card organizations to ensure your card information is always protected. OnePAY also meets international financial system standards such as PCI DSS and 3D-Secure by Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and Amex.


Q: How can I make a deposit through OnePAY?

A: OnePAY accepts payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and UnionPay. When you make a reservation, our booking system will transfer you to the checkout page, where you can follow the step-by-step guidelines to make a deposit.


Q: When do I need to pay the remaining balance?

A: The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before departure and you will receive an invoice from us. You can pay the balance using a credit card through the OnePAY payment portal.


Q: How do credit card refunds work?

A: All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner and the processing time may vary depending on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instruction leaves our office, it may take from 15 to 45 working days for the refund to arrive in your account, depending on OnePAY and your credit card issuing bank. Refunds will be made as a credit to your card account and you will receive the full refund amount.
